We’re hiring across Business Development leadership roles—including Head of BD, VP of BD, and senior BD leads—for companies simplifying multi-chain DeFi, scaling L1/L2 infrastructure, building crypto‑powered financial platforms, and reimagining on‑chain consumer experiences. These teams are building unified APIs, liquidity layers, and interoperability solutions that bridge traditional finance and decentralized systems.
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales, ideally with exposure to developer‑first or API‑driven products.
Deep understanding of crypto market structure: cross‑chain infrastructure, DeFi protocols, wallets, L1/L2s, or blockchain data and compliance layers.
Proven record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex commercial deals across fintech, TradFi, exchanges, wallets, aggregators, and infrastructure providers.
CRM rigor and forecasting discipline; proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building commercial narratives, pricing models, and strategic proposals.
High‑EQ relationship builder with credibility among technical and executive audiences.
Self‑starter with operational discipline; thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
Bonus:
direct experience in DeFi, L1/L2 infrastructure, wallets, or crypto‑enabled fintech. About The Role(s)
Strategic Ownership: Define and execute go‑to‑market or partnership strategies across verticals such as fintech, exchanges, wallets, institutions, or developer ecosystems.
Pipeline Development: Build and manage a qualified pipeline across crypto‑native and adjacent markets; prioritize integrations and partnerships with measurable outcomes.
Ecosystem Engagement: Leverage existing relationships and stay current on emerging protocols, regulatory shifts, and partner opportunities.
Solution Leadership: Translate technical infrastructure (e.g. APIs, liquidity routing, custody) into business value for enterprise or institutional clients.
Cross‑Functional Execution: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure aligned delivery and partner success.
Market Evangelism: Represent the company at events, panels, and meetups; contribute to content and thought leadership efforts.
Commercial Management: Lead negotiations and contracting, maintain forecast accuracy, and share structured market feedback internally.
Team Growth: As teams expand, develop playbooks and lead additional BD professionals.
