Walnut Creek, CA Salary Range:

$120,000 – $165,000 per year (actual compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, scope of the job, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law). Responsibilities

Fully understand and comply with Keller risk management policies and procedures. Recognize major risks and take appropriate measures to reduce risks to the company. Responsible for designs, submittals, material ordering, pre‑job planning, and scheduling. Plan pre‑project meetings with the Superintendent and other entities as required. Develop plans and strategies with the project team to maximize profitability of projects. Build and lead effective project‑based teams. Ensure the work performed meets the specified requirements. Work with the branch and project team to ensure the project stays on schedule and in budget. Identify and address challenges and opportunities to maximize profitability. Conduct site visits and audits to verify safe and efficient field operations. Identify, track, and address changes; escalates changes when necessary. Approve and monitor weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and other metrics throughout the duration of the project. Manage A/R collections. Ensure compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements. In the event of a safety incident, work in partnership with HSEQ to support employees and project management teams per Keller policy. Resolve all quality nonconformance issues. Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction, or industry related experience preferred. Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary. Benefits
