Salary plus bonus Summary
The Store Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations, drives sales, and cultivates a culture of excellence. This full‑time exempt position requires a 5‑day workweek, including weekends and retail holidays. Responsibilities and Duties
Maximize store sales by achieving assigned goals and focusing on income‑producing activities. Recruit, coach, develop, and manage associates through training, motivation, and inspiration. Ensure inventory accuracy, follow company protocols, and maintain compliance. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct in all day‑to‑day operations. Maintain high quality visual and merchandising standards in floor displays and cleanliness. Assist associates in selling, merchandising, marketing, and driving sales. Perform permanent or temporary duties as assigned by senior leadership. Requirements
Proven track record in retail and sales management with strong leadership skills. Organized, creative, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3–5 years high‑end store management experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Florida driver’s license with clear record required for carrier insurance. Other Information
