The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Project Compliance Coordinator in our Finance and Accounting division in Seattle. In this role, you will support project compliance objectives through defined transactional tasks. Additional responsibilities include:
Submit public work intent and affidavit filings.
Submit public work certified payroll reports.
Support project close-out within ERP.
Support contract validation in ERP.
Validate service sites, agreements and work orders.
What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry
1 year of project support experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
Knowledge of automated accounting and construction management software preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills required.
Self‑motivated; deadline oriented with strong attention to detail required.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $29.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non‑exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
