Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and support Facilities staff within the region.
Oversee projects.
Perform technical report reviews.
Prepare and review proposals.
Conduct business development and support staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
Lead and coach junior staff members.
Mentor Facilities Associate Principals.
Participate in the review committee for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Facilities).
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.
Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in a specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP). Certification must remain active while holding this title.
12+ years of relevant professional experience.
Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm.
ECS is currently ranked #66 in Engineering News‑Record’s Top 500 Design Firms (April 2025), #144 in Engineering News‑Record’s Top 200 Environmental Firms (October 2024) and #50 in Zweig Group’s Hot Firm List (June 2025).
