About The Job We’re looking for a proactive, results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help our Global Marketing Operations team deliver strategic initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, you’ll create scalable systems and serve as a critical link between strategy and implementation. You’ll manage systems and data flows, support campaign execution, and track performance across our marketing tech stack. What You Will Do Marketing Technology Management
Lead the hands-on management of key marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, analytics tools), ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
Implement and optimize automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and support new technology integrations.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal data security standards.
Data Management & Quality Assurance
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics systems.
Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and documentation to support targeted campaigns and reporting.
Process Development & Optimization
Develop and document standardized processes and workflows for marketing operations.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, supporting complex projects with clear timelines and success metrics.
Campaign Operations & Execution
Design and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across channels (email, events, content syndication) in partnership with demand generation and brand teams.
Oversee lead management, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking, including A/B testing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with demand generation, regional, and brand teams to execute campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales Operations to optimize lead handoff and follow-up.
Work with IT and analytics teams on system integrations, data flow, attribution modeling, and advanced measurement.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Advanced proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, attribution, and lead routing.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance.
Familiarity with ABM and sales enablement tools.

A self-starter mindset—demonstrated initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for optimizing processes.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales enablement tools.
Track record of driving operational excellence and measurable revenue impact.
Ability to innovate and implement scalable solutions that improve marketing effectiveness.
