Omnissa has launched a new Partner Program and is seeking an experienced and motivated
Director of Partner Sales
to lead Omnissa’s indirect sales channel. This role is responsible for the overall success of the Omnissa Partner Program as we scale sales through best-in-class partner engagements across the US, Canada, and LATAM markets. It is a key member of Omnissa’s Sales Leadership Team, reporting to the VP of AMER Sales. The role leads a team of Partner Business Managers who manage and grow relationships with strategic resellers, service providers, technology partners and distributors. The individual will expand and enhance the partner ecosystem and provide guidance on program improvements.
Responsibilities
This role is accountable for driving partner-sourced and influenced revenue, building scalable programs, and ensuring operational excellence across the Omnissa partner ecosystem. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. Develop sales strategies aligned with Omnissa’s objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Partner Business Managers with clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans. Develop business plans, optimize partner coverage, and foster a high-performance culture focused on execution, growth, and partner success. Serve as an executive sponsor with key Partners, representing Omnissa in executive discussions, program negotiations, and industry events. Align with partner leadership to develop joint business plans, including sales target alignment, demand generation, marketing programs, and enablement plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Channel Programs, Marketing, Product) to develop scalable enablement, incentive, and marketing programs. What will you bring to Omnissa?
10+ years’ experience in partner/channel management, alliances, and/or sales within enterprise software or cloud/SaaS. Proven track record of building high-performance cultures while leading partner-facing teams focused on execution and growth. Excellent leadership skills and operational discipline with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of indirect sales and incentive models for VARs, service providers, distributors, and technology partners. Strong partner relationship and business development acumen with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset to track KPIs, forecast growth, and inform decisions. Trusted, high-standard performer with a positive and energetic approach. Location

Bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Compensation
This role is eligible for commission and the typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is USD $294,000 - $490,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
