The Technical Project Manager (Scrum Master) will drive agile delivery and cross‑functional project execution for MedTrac and related systems. This role blends agile facilitation with traditional project management, ensuring predictable delivery, effective communication, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a solid project management foundation, 3–4+ years of experience, and a Scrum Master certification. Qualifications

Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with development leads to ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready/Done with proper acceptance criteria. Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and change requests; manage dependencies and timelines. Monitor sprint commitments and delivery metrics; track risks and elevate as needed. Coordinate release readiness activities, including cutover plans, communication, and stabilization support. Availability to triage release issues as needed. Provide regular project and sprint status reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate across engineering, QA, data, operations, and business owners to ensure alignment. Clear blockers, foster knowledge sharing, and optimize team effectiveness. Maintain compliance with change management protocols, SOC 2 controls, and PHI handling requirements. Other related duties as assigned to support evolving needs. 3–4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in an Agile environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Strong project management skills, including work breakdown, scheduling, and risk management. Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
