Looking for a versatile financial professional to join as a Sr. Financial Analyst to manage and monitor the complex consolidation process and support various organizations across the company. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, be self‑motivated and self‑directed, and demonstrate ability to work with people. Provide leadership and direction to business teams and troubleshoot and analyze complex problems while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal and process/finance training skills are required. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Partner with senior executives and management teams to summarize and provide detailed analysis. Consolidated reporting of expense, HC and other ad‑hoc reporting needs. Manage close calls, provide updated information and collect feedback from functional finance teams. Dashboard development and management for consolidation team initiatives. Provide ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to support budgeting and resource needs. Propose improvement opportunities to enhance financial visibility, control and planning effectiveness. Leverage financial and budgeting systems to scale current process and enhance efficiency. Lead and/or assist budgeting initiatives to build and enhance business capabilities for finance and key partners. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA and CPA highly desirable. 3‑4 years related experience with Fortune 500 companies. Dynamic, motivated, results‑oriented critical thinker with positive energy and proactive business approach. Skills

Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy. Semiconductor and High Tech industry experience desirable. High proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, charts), PowerPoint & Power BI. Experience using Oracle & SAP preferred. Strong organizational and executive communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid business and organizational changes. Additional Information

The salary range is based on education, experience, performance and other factors; may be modified, and includes opportunities for incentive and equity plans.
