Commercial Litigation Associate
to join its litigation group in the
Dallas Uptown office . As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location. Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world. You will be joining a highly skilled team of attorneys who have substantial courtroom experience at the state and federal levels. They practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. Drawing from your three to six years of meaningful experience within the product liability, mass and toxic torts and/or commercial litigation fields, you feel confident in your ability to usher a successful client experience. While being well-versed in taking and defending depositions, you also have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You take initiative and pride yourself on your excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Nuisance litigation and trial experience are a plus. You also have an interest in science, or ideally a scientific/engineering undergraduate degree, and are admitted to and in Good Standing to the Texas Bar (required). Seniority level
