Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to join the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization supporting Just Walk Out. The role will partner closely with the Just Walk Out GTM leadership team to provide data informed insights to help guide the business. This role will manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, including enhancement prioritization and cross-functional integration with other business systems. Responsibilities include annual planning, XBR prep, goal and KPI creation tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management of Salesforce instance
Lead and direct contract employees in executing platform changes
Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and configurations
Identify and execute data synchronization between Salesforce and other Amazon systems
Partner with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements
Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on business impact
Create and maintain project roadmaps
Manage resource allocation and timelines
Present weekly business reviews to leadership, including reporting on performance to goals
Develop and deliver pipeline analysis and forecasting
Identify and communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies
Create data-driven narratives to support decision-making
Manage and mentor contract employees
Establish KPIs and performance metrics
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Foster collaboration between technical and business teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
About the Team The Go-to-Market team is responsible for all customer-facing aspects involved in selling the Just Walk Out service to customers. The team is highly coordinated with marketers, sellers, customer success managers, business developers, and solutions architects.
