Regional Client Director – TMT – North America
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Client Director to drive client revenue and margin growth across existing accounts in the TMT (Telco, Media, Technology) sector across North America. The successful candidate will own client P&L, shape industry strategy, and lead a team of Client Partners to achieve performance targets and career growth. Key Responsibilities
Drive client revenue and margin growth to meet portfolio targets. Own client P&L, sign off deal margins, and ensure profitable delivery. Shape industry strategy with MD and GBDD; align GTM plans to client portfolio needs. Develop and lead Client Partner team with clear performance targets and career pathways. Act as senior escalation point for client delivery, commercial, or service issues. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and inclusive leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional qualification, and possibly a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or other appropriate business, engineering, scientific, or industry qualification. Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in client management or a similar senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving significant revenue and margin growth within a diverse portfolio. Extensive experience in developing and executing client strategies that drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. Demonstrated success in managing account P&L and achieving financial targets. Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams. Strong background in client engagement and building senior-level client relationships. Additional Requirements
Travel is an integral part of this role and the individual will need to travel locally, within country, and internationally as needed to perform the role (they should have a valid passport/driving license and be prepared to travel during working hours as needed by the company). Work-related tradeshows or live events may require the individual to occasionally lift 25 pounds. Benefits
