Proactively maintain and improve automated trading systems. Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement. Investigate trade sequences to refine and improve strategies. Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability. Collaborate across the organization to improve systems and overall firm performance. Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience trading (1-2 years) with a proven track record managing an options market making book and maintaining/improving automated trading systems. BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence. Strong Python programming skills. Seniority Level
