Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and deliver discipline-specific work while meeting project budget and schedule.
Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects and assignments within the discipline.
Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the technical discipline; guide and mentor team to overall project objectives.
Coordinate technical aspects of the project with client counterpart and teaming partners at staff level for work within the discipline.
Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience, or
Master’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience, or
PhD in Engineering and 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Engineering.
8 years relevant experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification (depending on discipline).

Pay ranges: Minnesota $98,332.76 – $153,802.53; Illinois $103,015.28 – $161,126.45.
