Base pay range: $99,200.00/yr - $168,900.00/yr

Job Overview Join a dynamic team of Compliance professionals within the Communication Review and Education (CRE) department, whose primary responsibilities are the final principal approval of retail communications as well as internal training content and internal messaging relating to firm business, products, and services. The scope of Communication Review and Education includes firm and branch marketing materials, product partner materials and social media content. In partnership with departments across the firm, CRE ensures that firm communications are fair and balanced, comply with applicable industry rules and regulations and are consistent with the firm's mission and purpose.
Responsibilities
Promote partnership between compliance, branch teams and other business areas.
Set and communicate clear performance expectations and ensure accurate, timely, professional work consistent with the firm's culture, values and regulatory requirements.
Oversee day‑to‑day activities of team associates.
Provide insights on compliance matters.
Lead or participate in projects.
Assist in creation and implementation of new or changed policies and procedures.
Contribute to review of content submitted to CRE.
Qualifications
Series 7 and 24 registrations required.
5-7 years securities industry experience with minimum 3 years in a compliance capacity required.
Comprehensive understanding of industry rules and regulations pertaining to relevant products and acceptable business practices; ability to interpret emerging regulation, identify and respond to impact on various Edward Jones products and processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage through change and ambiguity, make effective decisions, think innovatively, and take initiative using a team approach to drive a project from inception to completion with little direction.
Excellent communication skills, public speaking competencies and ability to articulate, communicate and customize message/information to wide audience.
Empathy and emotional intelligence; ability to deliver difficult and/or complex messages with high comfort communicating with all levels.
Thoughtful and human‑centered approach to building highly effective teams.
What Could Set You Apart
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current Series 9, 10, 65 or 66 registrations.
Graduate level degree or additional industry certification(s) preferred.
Current INTERNAL home‑based associates: role posted as hybrid; if selected and accepted, retain home‑based status; future needs may require on‑site work.
Candidates living within commutable distance from Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations expected to work in office three days per week, preference for Tuesday–Thursday.
