Immediate Kane Selection Ltd is representing a leading multi-state construction equipment dealer with a strong reputation across the Southeast. Following the recent opening of a new Fort Myers branch, the company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and customer development across Southwest Florida.
Overview
This is a newly established territory with significant upside for the right salesperson.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of equipment sales across Fort Myers and the surrounding region
Develop long-term relationships with contractors in construction, earthmoving, and sitework sectors
Represent a full line of heavy dirt equipment including excavators, loaders, and ADTs
Manage both sales and rent-to-sell opportunities, with strong support from the branch team
Work closely with leadership to build market share and establish the Fort Myers branch footprint
Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications
Experience selling heavy or compact construction equipment
Strong hunter mentality and ability to develop a new territory
Proven ability to build relationships and deliver value-based sales
A self-driven, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with the Southwest Florida market preferred
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new customers across the assigned territory
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal close
Collaborate with internal operations and service teams for seamless delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Consistently work toward revenue and account development goals
Additional Information This is a full-time, permanent position offering exceptional earning potential and long-term growth within a leading heavy equipment dealer. The role includes a competitive base salary and a full benefits package including truck allowance, fuel card, company credit card, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales - Florida, this territory represents one of the company’s highest-growth opportunities. The organization is well established in the market with strong OEM partnerships, full operational support, and a culture that rewards drive, professionalism, and results.
