Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Manager Development & Pipeline, Americas to join our Global Growth Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Global Growth Strategy & Operations and Americas Development teams, playing a key role in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Generate and qualify deal leads, optimize deal workflows from lead to execution.
Drive accountability with partner functions, ensure consistent delivery of materials.
Support AVP Development Pipeline Management ensuring deals healthy at handover.
Report pipeline and provide basic analysis on performance benchmarks and trends.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a support role within a sales, operations or related environment.
Experience managing and advancing deals through an enterprise sales or development process.
Leadership of a team with professional growth and high-quality results.
Strong project and time management skills.
Experience analyzing workflows and implementing improvements that drive productivity, quality, cost savings.
Proficiency in using CRM, data analysis, communication tools.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in development or related capacities.
Strong skills in market research and analytics to qualify opportunities.
The salary range for this position is $108,800-$145,000. This role is also eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan.
The final pay rate/salary will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, and the location of performance work. Pay will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
