Expertise and Architect in Windows Server Administration, VMware, Azure Architect and Administration, Citrix and Active Directory
Responsibilities
Design and architect domain consolidation projects, Cloud Virtual Machines landscape and Landing zones.
Design and architect a global Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations.
Design and architect VMware solutioning and handle on‑prem to cloud migration projects.
SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting.
Install, manage, configure and decommission all Azure IaaS components including Compute, storage, network, cloud cost management.
Experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, virtual switches and datastores.
Collaborate with architects, internal departments and vendor partners to deliver the solution on Cloud/VMware/Windows Servers.
Experience in DC Ops, data rooms and hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA.
Manage VMware (or Hyper‑V) cluster, HA, FT and DRS, DR using VMware SRM.
Perform snapshots, cloning, cold migrations and hot migrations, patch management activities.
Automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform.
Plan and execute Active Directory domain level upgrades.
Plan and design Group Policy Objects to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user endpoints.
Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, ADFS and password/identity management systems.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, cloud virtual machines and landing zones.
Experience in designing and architecting global Active Directory infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of VMware solutioning and on‑prem to cloud migration projects.
