What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Build core services and SDKs for long-running, production-grade agent systems
Drive projects utilizing AI coding tools for engineering teams across the organization
Directly ship agents in collaboration with Blockchain Platform teams
Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology to solve novel challenges
Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
Strong ability to compose a service-oriented architecture
Proficiency in writing high-quality, well-tested code
Passion for building an open financial system that connects the world
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Interest in building and scaling agent systems
Daily use of AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
Familiarity with blockchain technology and concepts
Experience with Golang, Python, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
Background in working with crypto-related technologies and services
