The Senior Compensation/HRIS Analyst evaluates and analyzes salary data, completes salary surveys, and provides analytical support to the Human Resources Department. This position consults with HR Recruiters on hiring salaries, creates new jobs and maintains job information and conducts audits of job information data. The Analyst serves as a resource for developing employee reports for various areas across Mercy Health Services. Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business or HR related field 2+ years in Compensation Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS data entry and reporting Benefits
