Position Summary
Admissions Representative responsible for recruiting certificate and degree‑seeking students for assigned programs at The Chicago School. Handles all phases of admissions process, from initial contact through enrollment.
Principal Duties
Recruit new students for assigned programs, serving as primary point of contact throughout admissions process.
Complete high level of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students, adhering to established scripts and timelines.
Respond promptly to all new student inquiries and maintain consistent communication with all assigned prospective students throughout the admissions process.
Conduct telephone‑based, virtual, and in‑person consultations to qualify prospective students, explain available academic programs, advise on admission requirements, and ensure proper completion of admission paperwork.
Effectively maintain Salesforce database through inquiry management, proper documentation, logging of calls and activities, and purposeful contact strategy.
Positively and professionally represent the university through telephone‑based, virtual, and in‑person meetings and events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Computer skills including experience using customer relationship management systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous admissions experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits This opportunity is budgeted at $24.67‑$26.67 base compensation. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
