Vice President, Regional Branch Manager

Responsibilities
Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth
Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction
Support advisor recruitment by selling the mission and vision of the Employee Channel; transition new teams to LPL
Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model
Qualifications
7+ years of branch experience in a branch manager, branch operations/service or branch administration role
Bachelor’s degree
Series 7, 66, 9 and 10
10+ years of financial services experience
Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed

Compensation Total target $300,000‑$350,000. Pay range $198,900‑$331,500/year.
