Sr. Sales Engineer - AI Employees & Agentic AI Platform (US Market) The Senior Sales Engineer is a key member of Supervity’s go-to‑market team, responsible for bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and executive business outcomes. This role will focus on enterprise‑level engagements in the US, partnering with account executives to design and deliver compelling demos, solution architectures, and proofs of concept that showcase the transformative power of Supervity’s Agentic AI Workforce Platform.

Core Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to identify automation and AI opportunities.

Partner with sales to shape solution strategy and build technical trust with CIOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders.

Craft compelling value propositions that align with customer transformation goals.

Build and deliver customized live demos showcasing Agentic AI Employees in real enterprise workflows.

Develop end‑to‑end storylines that highlight measurable ROI, scalability, and compliance benefits.

Coordinate POCs, ensuring success metrics are tracked and aligned with customer KPIs.

Solution Design & Technical Enablement

Translate business challenges into solution blueprints using Supervity’s agentic modules (Orchestrator, Operator, and Command Center).

Support architecture discussions on integrations, data security, and enterprise deployment models.

Collaborate with product management to enhance features based on field learnings.

Executive Communication

Present to C‑suite and business leaders with confidence and clarity.

Create whiteboards, executive decks, and visual demonstrations that connect technology to business impact.

Represent Supervity at conferences, webinars, and client innovation sessions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.

5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Pre‑Sales roles for AI, automation, or SaaS products.

Demonstrated success engaging CIO/CFO audiences and closing complex enterprise deals.

Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with scripting (Python), APIs, or system integrations is a plus.

Preferred Background

Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.

Understanding of procure‑to‑pay, finance, compliance, or shared services processes.

Exposure to Agentic AI platforms, orchestration frameworks, or multi‑agent workflows.
