Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and continuous improvement discussions.
Promote knowledge‑sharing and best practices across QA and development teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

Curiosity: always seeking the “why’s” and “how’s” to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
Innovation: the courage to challenge assumptions and propose better testing strategies that drive business value.
Comfortable with ambiguity: able to explore and test complex systems even when requirements or solutions are evolving.
