Techno Functional Consultant L1

bridges technology and business to deliver client solutions. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end processes from business requirements to production deployment for new business implementation projects. Assess feasibility of change requests and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines. Support solutioning teams through architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation. Translate functional and technical designs into ERP solutions, including customization, extension, modification, and integration. Write code following development standards and implementation methodology. Provide product support and maintenance, resolving day‑to‑day technical queries. Create and deploy automation tools to optimize and increase process efficiency. Act as a liaison between technical and functional requirements, advising internal teams and clients. Support on‑site manager with change details and off‑site support. Skill Development
Clear internal exams and certifications for skill upgrade. Attend trainings, seminars, and publish papers or articles on the intranet. Performance Parameters
Customer project contribution: quality, SLA, ETA, ticket resolution, change requests, customer escalation, CSAT. Process automation: steps reduction, ticket count reduction. Skill upgradation: training & certification count, paper & article publication quarterly. Experience & Compensation
