HVAC TECH - SERVICE TEAM / INSTALL LEAD Location:

Hagerstown, MD – Larry & Sons

Schedule:

Full-Time – Flexible schedules for work‑life balance

Compensation:

$25‑35/hr (DOE) + Bonus + Incentive Opportunities. Top‑performing technicians can earn up to $120,000/year.

Join our new HVAC Division! Residential experience preferred. Sign‑on bonus available for top technicians.

What You’ll Do

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards

Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories

Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control

Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus)
