As the Patient Financial Services Director you will oversee daily operations of Parallon‑managed facility‑based revenue cycle functions. You will serve as the on‑site liaison between the facility and Parallon Client Relations or the SSC. Your responsibilities include integrating clinical teams, implementing policies, assessing department performance and providing continuing education. Responsibilities
Maintain positive relationships with facility management, physicians and physician office staff. Collaborate with facility departments to manage key revenue cycle performance expectations and challenges, including upfront collections protocols and patient satisfaction. Review Patient Access performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance and standards fulfillment as defined by Service Level Agreements. Inform designated CRM AVP of any significant issues in Patient Access areas (e.g., pre‑registration delays, unbilled challenges). Communicate payer requirement changes and developments to staff. Oversee Patient Access personnel, recommending hiring, promotion, salary adjustment and personnel action where appropriate. Identify and implement process improvements to lower costs and improve services to facility customers. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required. Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program or equivalent work experience may substitute the degree requirement with CEO approval. Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience, with three years in the related area. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement with SSC Executive approval. Seniority Level
