Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Manager for our Programmatic Solutions Consultants team based in New York City. Our team builds solutions on Amazon.com, Twitch, IMDb TV, Alexa, Amazon Music, and partner exchanges to help brands reach the right audiences in the right places, both on and off Amazon. As a manager, you will lead a team of experts who develop and deliver services such as custom training, product and campaign strategy, and technical troubleshooting for the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP). Your focus will be to enable enterprise agency and advertiser customers to become proficient users of the Amazon DSP. Key Responsibilities
Own a critical portion of the DSP Services team, including resource planning and success metrics. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business problems and present effective solutions. Lead tactical and strategic planning of programmatic solutions, simplifying or extending offerings when appropriate. Develop data‑driven opportunity areas, track program metrics, and influence business decisions. Set goals and direction for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Recruit, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team of Programmatic Solutions Consultants. Manage service delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality, driving continuous improvement. Represent Amazon in senior executive meetings with top customers, building long‑term strategic relationships. A Day In The Life
Lead the frontline team that enables trading desk customers to use the Amazon DSP. Attend meetings with client leadership to review certification and support plans. Coordinate with Ad Tech Sales stakeholders to determine strategy and coverage for specific accounts. Work with product and partner teams to propose feature upgrades and influence roadmap priorities. Conduct one‑on‑ones with direct reports to discuss career development and new tool rollouts. Prepare weekly business review documents, presenting data‑driven insights and discussion points. 6+ years of professional experience. 3+ years of managing direct reports. 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising. Experience in digital advertising and client‑facing roles. Strong data analysis and performance assessment skills. Excellent oral and written communication with credibility in influencing stakeholders. Organizational skills including prioritization and deadline management. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of managing direct reports. Experience communicating goals and strategies to a team. Technical and operational knowledge of DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, and ad verification. Experience in e‑commerce or online advertising. Experience in omni‑channel marketing or search engine marketing/optimization. Experience with digital analytics, DMP, CDP, and measurement. Master’s/MBA preferred.
