Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, identifying HR solutions and leveraging subject matter experts.
Lead complex human resources projects and provide guidance on strategic direction to leaders.
Analyze data and situations requiring evaluation of many factors with broad impact on the organization.
Perform tactical and administrative HR functions as needed.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Strategic HR Business Partner (SR-HRBP) experience, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SC, PHR or SPHR certification.
Required: Ability to travel between campus in Irvine and multiple UCI Health locations and provide own means of transportation.

Compensation range: $119,400 - $189,025 (Annual).
