For Nights ONLY:
A bonus of $6,000 for those new to EvergreenHealth with 2 or more years of current Emergency Registered Nursing experience. Pro-rated by FTE.

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with multiple levels, the range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. EvergreenHealth is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join our well-established and dynamic Emergency Department team.
Job Summary: Responsible for the total direct nursing care of all patients within established standards of care, hospital, and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Primary Duties:
Provides direct patient care and functions as a patient advocate.
Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients.
Coordinates patient and family/significant other education process.
Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, involving patients and families/significant others.
Collaborates with physician partners and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
Communicates all relevant information effectively to the supervisor and team.
Documents changes in patient condition timely and communicates with the team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education, or Experience: Required:
Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or ADN required).
Minimum of two years of current RN Emergency Room nursing experience.
Current WA State RN License.
Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS certifications by start date.
Desired:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
CEN certification preferred.
