About the Role As a General Otolaryngologist or Fellowship-Trained Head & Neck Surgeon, you’ll: Deliver comprehensive ENT and surgical care with full clinical autonomy. Enjoy the independence of private practice without the burden of administration. Be supported by physician liaisons, advanced practice providers, and cutting-edge technology. Help expand access and improve outcomes for diverse communities across Southern California. Qualifications MD or DO degree Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency Board Certified or Board Eligible California medical license (or eligibility) Fellowship training welcome but not required Why Join LACENTA?
