About The Position We are looking for a passionate and dedicated general practice dentist who loves creating long-lasting relationships with patients. As a Dentist here at Dental Partners of Fitzgerald, you’ll have clinical autonomy, support, mentoring and guidance to provide excellent care and grow your career.
What You’ll Like About You
DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
Current Georgia License or eligible upon graduation
Current CPR and BLS certifications
Previous experience in clinical or private practice
Excellent chairside manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Benefits
First-year employment guarantee of $225,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
Second-year earning = 30% of adjusted production
Sign-on bonus of $20,000
Eligible for Pathway to Partnership
Annual CE Budget of $2500; extensive in-house CE program
Full Medical and Benefits
Licensure and DEA expenses covered
Malpractice Insurance covered
ADA and State Dues as well as AAP dues covered
Internal programs covering multiple specialties and subjects
