Define & Execute Vision: Lead the strategy and roadmap for OpenText Data Cloud, aligning with corporate objectives and customer needs.
Unlock Data Potential: Build a trusted data cloud that connects structured and unstructured data across OpenText and external ecosystems to create a trusted, contextualized, and AI-ready data foundation.
Enterprise Knowledge Graph: Design and deliver an enterprise-grade knowledge graph that connects people, processes, and content to improve AI reliability and reasoning.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Integrate AI-driven insights, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and data architecture principles to support real-time, context-aware decision-making.
Cross-BU Collaboration: Partner with business units to deliver curated data products with full business context, semantics, and governance.
Data Integration: Enable seamless data discovery, sharing, governance, and modeling to unify customer data landscapes with zero-copy architecture and bidirectional data sharing.
Customer & Market Leadership: Engage directly with customers, analysts, and partners to define OpenText’s position in the evolving data and AI ecosystem.
Strategic Partnerships: Drive collaborations with cloud and data providers, AI providers, and other technology partners to expand the Data Cloud’s capabilities and ecosystem success.
Operational Excellence: Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in all aspects of platform delivery, meeting enterprise-grade SLAs.
What You Need To Succeed
15+ years of experience in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or data management, with a strong background in product leadership.
Deep expertise in data management, AI/ML, knowledge graphs, and modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Fabric, etc.).
Deep understanding of unstructured data management and its role in AI model grounding and hallucination reduction.
Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms or products from the ground up.
Proven success in leading global product & engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS solutions.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
Outcome-driven leader with a hands-on approach, translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable, high-impact business results.
