This role is focused on building and scaling the internal AI Platform that powers next-generation intelligent solutions. The platform provides APIs to AI models and agents, SDKs and integrations, observability, governance, and enterprise knowledge connections that enable developers across the company to build AI-driven applications safely, efficiently, and at scale. As a Senior Technical Product Manager (AI Platform), you will report into the Senior Manager, Product Management (AI Platform) and partner closely with engineering, data, and AI solutions teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact capabilities across multiple platform domains. This includes API and model catalog management, observability and telemetry, knowledge base integrations for RAG solutions, and the evolving agent ecosystem. The Sr. TPM serves as the connective tissue between business, engineering, and data science teams, translating complex technical requirements into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes that accelerate adoption and improve developer experience across the enterprise. Responsibilities of the Right Candidate Lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of features across key AI platform domains (Core API, Developer Experience, Observability, Knowledge Integrations, Agent Ecosystem). Define product requirements, epics, and user stories that translate internal developer and business needs into actionable technical outcomes. Partner with data and AI engineers to design and scale retrieval and knowledge base integrations, enabling RAG capabilities across multiple systems. Define and track key platform metrics such as time to first POC, developer adoption, latency, reliability, and observability coverage. Lead roadmap planning, sprint prioritization, and cross-functional alignment across product, data, and architecture teams. Drive platform documentation, onboarding experiences, and developer enablement efforts in collaboration with product enablement teams. Communicate platform value, updates, and progress to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation paths to keep high-impact initiatives on track. Champion developer empathy, balancing platform performance, usability, and governance requirements to deliver value safely and efficiently. Ensure platform features are designed for scalability, security, and operational excellence, enabling smooth operationalization of AI use cases. Experience of the Right Candidate Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s preferred. 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Technical Program Management within a developer platform, API, or data ecosystem. Strong technical fluency — comfortable reading API specifications, understanding SDK architectures, data pipelines, telemetry stacks, and AI infrastructure. Demonstrated success defining and delivering platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, observability, or data integrations in a large-scale or enterprise environment. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly embeddings, vector databases, model serving platforms, evaluation benchmarks, and agents. Proven success working with cross-functional engineering and data teams, managing dependencies, and delivering complex technical initiatives. Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices with a strong bias toward execution and measurable outcomes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, prioritized roadmaps. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize outcomes that drive developer adoption, reliability, and scalability. Preferred Qualifications Experience with observability stacks (OpenTelemetry) or telemetry-driven product development. Experience with AI/ML developer tools, protocols, and SDKs (e.g., LangChain, Autogen, Vertex AI, MCP, A2A). Background in developer experience or platform enablement roles focused on internal developer productivity. Familiarity with governance and security frameworks for AI systems in enterprise environments. Experience working within large, matrixed organizations and partnering across product, engineering, data, and operations. Seniority level
