Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, positive, results‑driven Senior Manager of Process Enablement to join our newly formed Process Innovation Team. This individual contributor role is pivotal in ensuring that newly designed process improvements are successfully adopted across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in cross‑functional collaboration, delivers training and support to drive adoption of critical business process optimizations, and measures impact to highlight enterprise‑wide benefits. This role has potential to evolve into a people leadership position. Responsibilities
Collaborate with Process Directors to develop and execute roll‑out and adoption plans for identified solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes, identify pain points and risks, and co‑create mitigation strategies. Support change management efforts using available tools and frameworks to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Serve as liaison between project teams and end users to gather feedback, address resistance, and promote engagement. Develop and deliver communication plans, process documentation, and onboarding materials. Monitor adoption metrics and collect qualitative feedback to refine approaches. Conduct post‑implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and impact. Qualifications
Employment Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or business transformation. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. Experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences to enhance understanding and adoption. Strong communication skills with ability to foster engagement through interactive learning methods. Technical Skills
Embraces new technologies and solutions. Experience with technology‑enabled transformation preferred. Additional Skills & Competencies
Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with ability to measure and communicate impact. Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma and ADKAR change management experience a plus. Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $129,000 - $152,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice’s Management Incentive Plan. Benefits
