Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager / Market Manager located in Salt Lake City. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, marketing and events in Boston market, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

driving sales

meeting sales targets and fostering a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Experience in retail management or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred

Passion for dance and a deep understanding of the dance industry is a plus
