Agency Owner Opportunity
AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business‑minded, visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners to join our team. The package is a 100% incentive‑based structure with unlimited earning potential, competitive new‑business and renewal commissions, and bonus programs to support growth at all stages of your agency’s development.
Key Compensation
Agency Launch Bonus – paid once candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency
Marketing Reimbursement – paid to Agency Owner; first 36 months measured quarterly, starting in year 3 (month 25)
Strong Support Throughout the Process – step‑by‑step onboarding, comprehensive education, and resources to grow your business and secure licensed staff, manage financials, and modify a business plan
Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred; if not held, candidate must be willing to obtain at their own expense)
Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process)
Learning & Development – 4‑week 100% virtual training/live instructor class
AAA branded office – must be approved office space
75K proof of investable capital – not a franchise fee; proof of funds available for investment into your own business – must be seasoned for 60 days
Must pass background check – criminal history and credit/financial check
Products and Services
AAA Membership – programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles; access to roadside assistance and over 126,000 discounts on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events and auto care
Property and Casualty Insurance – sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines; access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A‑rated leading carriers
Life Insurance – term, universal life, whole life, and annuities; AAA Life Insurance Company A‑rating (Excellent), the 4th highest ranking out of 16 as of September 2016
