Vice President of Distribution, Production Planning, and Replenishment

Compensation:
Mid $200,000s base salary + strong performance-based bonus
Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Vice President of Global Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. This executive will oversee a complex global distribution network, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives across procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global supply chain strategy, including distribution, logistics, and inventory management.
Oversee the design and optimization of the global distribution network to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align supply chain operations with business goals.
Implement best‑in‑class systems and processes to improve visibility, agility, and scalability.
Manage vendor relationships and third‑party logistics providers.
Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Build and lead a high‑performing global supply chain team.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, including distribution network oversight.
Proven success in leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Experience in a multi‑national, matrixed organization preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
