Workers Compensation Case Manager/Paralegal SALARY:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma; Paralegal associate degree or other relevant certification and/or least (2) years of relevant Work Comp experience

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS

Job Overview As a Workers Compensation Paralegal, we encourage our team to communicate ideas, perspectives and experiences while striving to make each day better than the last. This role will act as the foundation to help our Attorney’s take the necessary steps to reach a satisfactory resolution to each of our client’s claims.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing high volume personal injury caseloads through the work comp claim process

Obtain and review medical records, wage information, employee records and documents provided from the client’s adjuster

Monitor the progression of each claim

Maintain case files

Draft correspondence
