Are you a skilled project manager who thrives in high‑stakes environments and has a passion for technology‑driven transformation? Do you enjoy collaborating with internal teams and customers to bring clarity and structure to complex software implementations? Are you excited to contribute to the evolution of a cutting‑edge cloud platform purpose‑built for the investment management industry? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will lead end‑to‑end implementations of our enterprise cloud software for investment management clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to incorporate cutting‑edge technologies—including AI tools like ChatGPT—to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive strategic outcomes.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high‑performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
