We are seeking a Private Client Banker to join our Branch Banking team at Chase. You will be the main point of contact for affluent clients and other customers in the branch, managing their complete banking relationship and driving growth across the company. Job Responsibilities Share the value of Chase Private Client with potential clients Manage the client banking relationship through an advice‑based approach, ensuring they receive the best products and services for their needs Partner with specialists to connect customers to experts who can meet specialized financial needs Make client lives more convenient by sharing and setting up self‑service options available 24/7 Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Demonstrated success using a value‑added, relationship‑oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation Compliance with Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act* High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Excellent communication skills College degree or military equivalent Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long‑term career with the firm Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act*
This position is subject to the Dodd‑Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for loan originators and requires compliance with all applicable regulations. The employment offer is contingent upon JPMorgan Chase’s review of background information and regulatory compliance. We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity.
