Sales Director – MCR Hotels – Beaufort, SC – full‑time, 3‑week hiring cycle. Responsibilities

Meeting and exceeding group booking goals. Increasing average daily rate (ADR) and occupancy growth. Growing market share on an annual basis. Revenue maximization and expense control. Sales and/or events department oversight. Maintaining client relationships and networking. Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred, with progressive experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or service industry. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence others, negotiate, provide friendly service, and possess professional selling skills. Independent work and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and strong organization and presentation skills. Physical Working Demands & Working Environment

Stand or remain in a stationary position for long periods (3‑4 hours at a time). Type on and operate computers and office machinery, do 10‑key operation, data entry, dial telephone, and manually manipulate objects, handles, tools, and/or controls. Inspect and visually observe details at close range (within a few feet) and from long range. Frequently walk around the property to give tours of the building. Language and Reasoning Skills

Read, write, understand, and communicate with others effectively using the English language. Read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports, correspondence, business letters, summaries, and reports in English using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style. Speak effectively in English before groups such as customers or employees. Read and interpret business records and statistical reports in English. Note
