Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy integrations between UKG Pro WFM and third‑party HR, payroll, and financial systems.
Develop APIs, connectors, and automation scripts for real‑time and batch data synchronization.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrations.
Analyze business requirements to configure UKG WFM for scheduling, forecasting, accruals, and labor standards.
Troubleshoot integration errors and recommend best practices for data flow and system communication.
Lead projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.
Provide documentation and training for end‑users on integration functionalities.
Conduct data integrity audits and monitor system performance to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HRIS integration, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar platforms.
Proficiency in API development, XML, JSON, and middleware tools (Boomi, Workato, or similar).
Experience with SQL queries and data mapping for workforce management solutions.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non‑technical stakeholders.
Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
UKG Pro certification or experience in UKG WFM optimization is a plus.
Experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence reporting, and compliance with payroll and labor laws is an advantage.
