Responsibilities
Consult franchise ownership clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning
Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements
Develop and train team members to build inspiring careers
Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement
Review complex partnership, S‑corp, pass‑through, and HNW personal tax returns
Attend industry‑leading events and trainings
Qualifications
Minimum six years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Active JD, CPA, or EA certification
Driven to support a firm that fosters aspiring career goals
Strong problem‑solving skills and confident to bring solutions to the table
Passion for helping clients’ businesses succeed strategically
