Senior Market Research Analyst – Syndicated
Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produces the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study providing real‑world patient data and professional perspectives across over 30 diseases worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from questionnaire writing and design to analysis, interpretation, and report preparation.
Liaise with internal operations groups (data collection, processing, results reporting) to deliver reliable results timely and cost‑efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, responding to queries and providing updates per client requests.
Work with senior team members to translate client business needs into appropriate research design.
Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, developing presentation skills through dedicated training.
Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 2+ years of market research, healthcare experience, specifically Oncology.
Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches.
Quantitative research skills and a passion for working with data.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Generative AI to improve efficiency/impact throughout the research process preferred.
Ability to provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
Will work Eastern Time hours.
