Job Overview As a ServiceNow Application Architect, you will develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications that meet business requirements. You will customize and integrate third‑party applications, perform unit testing, resolve defects, manage migration to production environments, and assist with technical design and documentation. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and team members is essential to build robust solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Develop application configuration, report development, and data migration.
Perform custom development and third‑party integrations.
Carry out unit testing and defect resolution.
Manage migration of changes to production environments.
Assist with technical design and documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build ServiceNow solutions that support business requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in ServiceNow application development and configuration.
Proficiency in unit testing and defect resolution.
Experience with data migration and report development in ServiceNow.
Ability to assist with technical design and produce comprehensive documentation.
Bonus
Experience leading ServiceNow upgrades.
Compensation Base pay range for this position in the covered locations: $98,500—$184,900 USD.
