The Credit Dashboard team is responsible for creating intuitive lender workflows in Plaid’s Developer Dashboard that enable them to make more holistic lending decisions and empower broader access to Credit products for prospective borrowers. In other words, we’re the mighty engineering team bringing together the power of Plaid’s Credit APIs with a delightful UI so our customers don’t need to!
Responsibilities
Working on Credit products, balancing foundational initiatives with product objectives
Mentoring and guiding experienced engineers
Setting long-term team strategy
Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to translate product and compliance requirements into revenue-driving products
Qualifications
2+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer
Experience owning a production product and working with a product manager and/or business partners to drive business impact
Deep experience with backend architecture and systems
Track record of building and growing high performing engineering teams
Compensation & Benefits Target base salary ranges from $214,800 to $366,000 per year depending on location. The target base salary will vary based on the job’s location. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.

Zone 1 – New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 – Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C.
Zone 3 – Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego
