Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid‑level litigation associate in our Cincinnati or Columbus office. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of litigation experience representing financial institutions, with a strong preference for those candidates who have represented consumer mortgage loan servicers. Experience defending consumer claims (i.e., TILA, FCRA, RESPA, OCSPA, etc.), prosecuting foreclosures, and/or handling commercial loan workouts is a plus. A license to practice in Ohio and familiarity with the Ohio state and federal court systems is required. A license to practice in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.

Key Requirements
