Key Responsibilities
Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Financial Services audit practice and support other leaders in implementing the strategic plan.
Ensure discipline around execution of Service Line business processes and Firm business practices for the Financial Services audit practice.
Manage the utilization and productivity of professionals in the practice to achieve operational and financial targets.
Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise.
Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders.
Help drive results against budget and key performance indicators throughout the year for the practice.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; Master’s preferred.
Must be CPA certified with an active CPA license.
Minimum 15 years of experience at a large public accounting firm.
Strong client service and business development skills leading to growth.
Strong leadership and staff development skills.
