Base pay range: $92,000 – $156,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Provides expert consultative services to an assigned group of construction customers within a specialty segment.
Conducts on-site evaluations, evaluates data, and creates/implements service plans to control customer's source of risk, loss, and costs.
Monitors and evaluates the technical quality of risk control services provided by less experienced consultants.
Coaches, mentors, and trains subordinates to enhance their development and effectiveness.
Collaborates with management in developing policies, procedures, service tools, technical resources, and new products to support and enhance risk control consulting services.
Identifies new business opportunities and participates in actively acquiring and retaining profitable business.
Enhances Liberty Mutual’s leadership position in the safety field and increases brand awareness through speaking engagements at conferences and developing a network of contacts.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and experience in risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement.
Effective interpersonal, writing, and communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
Ability to retrieve and enter information using proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or related field and at least 8 years of directly related consulting experience in risk control or progressive safety/health field.
Working toward or obtaining an advanced degree and/or professional certification in CSP, ARM, CRM, CPCU, CIH, or CPE.
Requires regular travel.
